This policy describes how ShettyX LLC ("we," "us") handles information on shettyx.com and its product pages.

What we collect

This website collects information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Contact form or email: your name, email address, and the message you write. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set cookies. We don't run third-party analytics on it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Our products

Our software products, including ClinicPilot, are provided to customers under separate agreements. For healthcare customers, handling of protected health information is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the practice. Patient data is never handled through this website.

Data retention and removal

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like your messages deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
